VANESSA ROMAN RODRIGUEZ

Vanessa Roman Rodriguez is currently the National Coordinator of Selection and Training for the Social Management and Volunteer Unit at Teleton, where they lead and inspire training programs and national volunteer networks. With over 11 years of experience, they have previously worked as an Organizational Development Psychologist at Cruz Roja Chilena, focusing on innovative human resource strategies and employee well-being. Vanessa's educational background includes a degree in Integrative Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Chile and an executive diploma in Human Resources from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. In addition to their corporate roles, they are also an independent clinical psychologist, utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness in their practice.
