Sergio Arias is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in hardware engineering spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Hardware Engineer at Curtiss-Wright Corporation since March 2019, Sergio has also held the position of Principal Hardware Engineer at Teletronics Technology Corporation since April 2005. Prior roles include Principal Engineer at Internet Photonics/Ciena, Senior Hardware Engineer at Zhone Technologies and Ascend/Lucent, and Hardware Engineer at ECCS. Sergio earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar and Universidad Nacional Experimental Simón Bolívar, where Sergio studied from 1979 to 1987.
