James Hooker is the President and CEO of Televerde. They have led Televerde since 1996 and previously served as President/COO of PacifiCorp Capital Corporation (1986–1992) and as President/CEO of Ceres Capital Corporation (1981–1986). They also serve as Chairman of The Arouet Foundation, a role they have held since 2011. They earned an MBA in Finance from American University - Kogod School of Business (1975–1977) and a BA in European History from Washington and Lee University (1968–1975). They completed high school at Gilman School (1963–1968).
