Ted Zavala

Ted Zavala has a comprehensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ted started their career at Cable & Wireless Communications as a Network Engineer in May 2000 and worked there until September 2004. Ted then joined Televergence in 2004 as a Network Operations Manager, and later became the Vice President of Operations starting in 2014.

Ted Zavala attended the National Institute of Technology from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Network and Communications Management. In 2017, they also obtained certifications in SSCA SIP Training from The SIP School and became a WBENC Member.
