Daniel Morcate

Daniel Morcate has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Daniel started their career at The Miami Herald as an Editorial Board Member and Columnist from 1992 to 1995. From 1994 to 2014, they worked at Univision as the Chief Newsroom Editor. Daniel then joined TelevisaUnivision in 2014 as the Director of Network and Multiplatform Integration and Chief News Writer. Additionally, they worked as a Columnist at El Nuevo Herald from 1987 to 2019, and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami from 1996 to 2011.

Daniel Morcate completed their Bachelor's degree in History and Philosophy at Florida International University from 1977 to 1978. Daniel then pursued a Master's degree in Philosophy at the University of Miami, which they obtained from 1979 to 1983.
