Television Centre is the iconic former home of the BBC in London’s White City. The development features new homes and apartments, new cafés and restaurants, independent cinema, premium workspace and members’ club Soho House, with a hotel.

Happily, the legacy of the BBC continues at the site: BBC Worldwide opened a new HQ in April 2015, while 3 television studios reopen in April 2017.

432 apartments have been completed in Phase 1. With a further 375 due from early-2024.

The development provides residents with a full suite of amenities, including a huge (25,000 sq.ft) gym with swimming pool and hammam managed by Soho House, a private resident’s lounge with intimate screening room and 24hr concierge.

Designed by Stirling Prize-winning architects AHMM, Television Centre offers residents the opportunity to live in one of London’s most recognisable buildings, with Grade II-listed features - ranging from the external ‘atomic dots’ to a celebrated mural by John Piper - retained as part of the design.

Television Centre is open to the public for the first time in its history with new outdoor spaces by award-winning landscape architects Gillespies, connecting Wood Lane with Hammersmith Park through the Helios courtyard and landscaped forecourt.

Television Centre is at the heart of a multi-billion pound decade long regeneration of White City, which is creating a new hub of activity, creativity and academia in west London. A thriving neighbourhood will see new shops, restaurants and educational facilities, as well as the creation of around 4,000 new homes, +2 million square feet of office space and over 20,000 new jobs.

See www.televisioncentre.com to register your interest in the development and new homes.

A joint venture between Stanhope, Mitsui Fudosan and AIMCo.
