Chuck Hayes

Chuck Hayes has over 30 years of work experience in various roles. Chuck started their career as a Store Manager at Montgomery Ward, where they achieved record profits and implemented cost containment strategies. Chuck then worked as a Hardware Systems Engineer and Software Engineer at Xante, developing controllers and code for high-end laser print engines. After that, Chuck joined Chapura as a Software Developer, leading handheld development for the Palm OS and creating the secure Personal Information Manager program called Cloak. Chuck later became a Project Manager at Chapura, leading the development of Palm OS synchronization conduits and handheld software. Chuck then joined Triton Systems as a Product Manager, responsible for market research and managing hardware and custom software projects. At TeleVox Healthcare and Intrado (TeleVox Solutions), Chuck held several leadership positions, including Director of Product Strategy, Vice President of Product Management, and VP of Sales. In these roles, they were responsible for developing strategic plans, implementing product vision, and facilitating healthcare interactions through patient communication solutions. Overall, Chuck Hayes has a strong background in product management, sales, and healthcare IT.

Chuck Hayes received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of South Alabama, which they completed from 1990 to 1994. Chuck also holds a certification in Successful Product Management from the American Management Association. In addition, they have obtained a Pragmatic Marketing Level VI Certification from Pragmatic Marketing in 2015.
