Jeremy Jackson

Jeremy Jackson has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Jeremy is currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at TeleVox Healthcare since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Global Payments Inc. as the Director of Operations from January 2020 to May 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing various teams and implementing employee development programs. Jeremy also worked at TSYS, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Operations from September 2016 to January 2020, Associate Director of Production from September 2013 to August 2016, and Senior Call Center Manager from November 2010 to September 2013. During their time at TSYS, Jeremy developed and implemented strategies for customer retention, workforce management, and call center operations.

Jeremy Jackson is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership at Penn State University, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Jeremy also has a background in Creative Writing from the University of Nebra. In addition to their education, Jeremy has obtained certifications in various SAFe® 5 methodologies, including Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master, Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, and Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner.
