Shashank Jain

Shashank Jain has a diverse background in healthcare and IT consulting. Shashank began their career in 2017 as a Senior Healthcare Consultant at Mass General Brigham. From there, they went on to work at UVA Health as a Sr. Healthcare IT Consultant, specializing in Epic Patient Access Applications. In 2019, Shashank joined Baylor Scott & White Health as a Senior Epic EHR Consultant, focusing on vendor integration. Shashank then transitioned to UCSF Medical Center as a Senior Healthcare IT Consultant before joining OhioHealth as a Lead Consultant for Patient Access. In 2020, Shashank worked as a Product Lead at Stanford Health Care. Shashank then took on the role of Principal Product Manager at Contineo Health and later at TeleVox Healthcare. Currently, Shashank serves as an Advisory Board member for both Design Thinking Program at Missouri State University and Customer Experience Program at Lindenwood University.

Shashank Jain has a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from the same university. Shashank also has a Master of Public Health degree in Epidemiology, Healthcare Management & Policy from Saint Louis University. Additionally, they have obtained a Certificate in Interprofessional Healthcare Informatics from the University of Minnesota and a Certificate in Clinical Data Management from Vanderbilt University. Shashank also holds various certifications from Epic, including Epic Cadence, Epic Welcome, EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Link and PlanLink, Grand Central/ADT, MyChart, Prelude, and Referrals. Shashank is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certified by the Scrum Alliance and has a Decision Trees Badge from Epic. Shashank has recently completed an AI in Healthcare Certificate program from Stanford University.
