The Information Technology (IT) Team at TeleVox Healthcare is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with electronic health record (EHR) systems, and supporting the deployment of the patient relationship management platform. This includes overseeing network security, data integrity, and developing tools for automated, personalized patient communications via various channels such as text, virtual assistant, IVR, email, and postcards. Additionally, the IT team collaborates with internal stakeholders to optimize technological solutions that enhance patient engagement and operational efficiency.
