Kharisma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and positions. Kharisma first started their career at Telekomunikasi Indonesia in 1997, where they worked as an EWSD Switching Specialist until 2003. Kharisma then transitioned into the role of Account Manager and worked in that position for eight years. In 2011, they became an Account Team Development Manager in Enterprise Marketing. Kharisma also briefly worked as a Marketing & Sales Executive for Overseas Feasibility Study in 2012 before being promoted to Chief Marketing Officer at Telkom Australia in 2013. Kharisma joined Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (USA) Inc. in 2018 as a Director and held that position until 2022. Kharisma also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Telin USA from 2019 to 2021. In 2016, Kharisma joined Telin (PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International) and held the position of Vice President of Data Sales until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they served as the Vice President Carrier Enterprise, Americas-Pacific & EMEA Region at the same company. Currently, Kharisma is the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Telin (PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International) since August 2021. Additionally, in 2023, they have taken on new roles as the Chairman of the Board at Telin USA and a Member of the Board of Directors at Telin Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Kharisma has a Master's degree in Management of Information System from Institut Teknologi Bandung, which was obtained from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Telkom University, spanning from 1991 to 1996. Additionally, Kharisma attended SMA Islam Al Azhar 1 from 1988 to 1991, although the degree name and field of study for this period are not specified.
