Syahputra has been working at Telin since September 2015, where they handle service improvement plans for enterprise customers and coordinate with relevant providers. They are also responsible for daily reports of faulty tickets and arranging meetings with providers. Prior to that, they have experience in global network as a web programmer and at PT. ARUN Natural Gas Liquefaction Co. as an IT support engineer. They have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Universitas Komputer Indonesia and a diploma in Computer Engineering from Politeknik Telkom.
