Ilham is currently pursuing a Sarjana Pendidikan at Universitas Negeri Makassar and an MM in Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Makassar-STIEM. Previously, they held various positions at Telkomsel, including GM Human Capital Management for the Area Pamasuka and GM Human Capital Business Partner for Business Management, as well as Manager of Policy & Procedure Compliance, HR Manager for Area Pamasuka, and Head of Employee Engagement and Relations. Their extensive experience in human capital management showcases their commitment to fostering employee engagement and effective HR practices.
