Irwanto possesses extensive experience in customer care and capacity management, having served at Telkomsel since November 1997 in various managerial roles, including Manager of Customer Care Capacity & Resource Management and Manager of Household Agency Partnership in the Jawa Bali region. Prior to Telkomsel, Irwanto was the Head of Operator & Operations at PT. Buana Bintang Bayu, a subsidiary of Telekomindo, from 1995 to 1997. Irwanto holds a degree in Digital Marketing with BNSP Certification from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta, completed in May 2022, and is pursuing a degree in Corporate Valuation at Prasetiya Mulya-Eli, set to finish in March 2025.
