Micky Pratomo S.E, M.Mis, PMP® possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications and banking sectors. Currently serving as Officer Analytics as a Services Business Development and Partnership at Telkomsel since February 2004, Micky focuses on providing telco data insights to support societal needs. Previous roles at Telkomsel include positions as Engineer Network Service and Experience Measurement, Engineer Network KPI and Reporting Management, and Network Cost Management Control Officer, where Micky was responsible for budget monitoring, cost reduction analysis, and material management. Early career experiences include roles at PT. Bank Bumiputera and Hongkong Shanghai Bank Corporate Limited, with responsibilities in data administration and customer support. Micky holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from BINUS University and Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Banking Management and Accounting from STEKPI School of Economics and Universitas Padjadjaran, respectively.
