Nirwan Lesmana is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Journey and Digital Experience at Telkomsel since February 2024. With a robust career spanning over two decades at PT Telkomsel, Nirwan has held several key positions, including Vice President of Digital Lifestyle Services, Vice President of Branding and Marketing Communication, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Sumatra Area.
