Yoan Eldilian

Yoan Eldilian is an experienced manager currently working at Telkomsel in various roles since September 2023, including Manager of Billing, Collection and Retention Development, Manager of Web Self Service and Internal Process Automation Development, and Manager of Customer Care Channel Payment and Assurance Management. Previously at Telkomsel from August 2008 to July 2023, Yoan held positions such as Manager of Postpaid Consumer Payment Billing Collection Support and roles in customer care interaction management and training knowledge system operation. Yoan also contributed to leadership and managerial development, culture transformation, human capital strategic management, and performance management. Prior experience includes a brief tenure at PT.
