Boutique Healthcare IT Recruiting — Founder-Led, Permanent Leadership Placements

Tellico Talent specializes exclusively in permanent clinical systems leadership placements. Every search is founder-led and focused on stability, continuity, and long-term outcomes.

We partner with hospital and health system executives to recruit leadership under the CMIO/CIO structure from Manager and Director through C-Suite across Epic, PACS/RIS, and Clinical Informatics.

Each placement is designed to maintain momentum, optimize adoption and workflows, and support patient care outcomes.

We do not offer contract, travel, or high-volume staffing. Our work is intentional, relationship-driven, and confidential.
