Tellus Management & Consulting is a global security management and consulting firm built on experience, adaptability, and disciplined execution. Our team is composed of seasoned security and operations professionals with backgrounds in law enforcement, military service, and corporate security, bringing diverse training, leadership experience, and real-world operational expertise to every engagement.

Over the past 15 years, the Tellus team has delivered security and operational management for projects, conferences, concerts, and special events across 52 countries. We support public and private clients operating in high-expectation, high-visibility environments, ranging from single-site engagements to complex, multi-venue operations requiring precise coordination, clear command structure, and accountability at every level.

Our work is guided by three core values: The Right Team. Total Flexibility. A Consistent Framework. Every client, project, location, and attendee demographic presents unique challenges. Tellus builds project teams intentionally—selecting personnel and leadership structures based on operational requirements, risk profile, and environment. Having the right team in place is critical to both project success and the safety and security of everyone involved.

Flexibility is central to how Tellus operates. We proactively identify potential risks and design disciplined operational plans that integrate best practices within a standardized, repeatable framework. This approach allows us to remain adaptable across a full spectrum of incidents, regardless of cause, size, location, or complexity, while maintaining consistency across multiple venues or events.

Tellus delivers professional, reliable solutions that prioritize safety, operational continuity, and client confidence—before, during, and after every engagement.

The Right Team. Total Flexibility. A Consistent Framework.
