Christopher Raja has over four years of work experience in recruitment. Christopher began their career at VDart Inc. in 2015 as an IT Recruiter, where they were responsible for fulfilling various requirements for Java, .Net, BA, PM, technical lead, developers and many more. In 2016, they joined Lorven Technologies Inc. as an IT Recruiter, where they were responsible for placing qualified candidates to client sites, getting requirements from major clients, and possessing knowledge of recruiting processes. Christopher then moved to ObjectWin Technology as a Recruiter, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques to locate talented candidates for clients, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and performing behavioral interviewing for IT and Non IT Jobs. Most recently, Christopher has been a Team Lead Recruiter and Senior Technical Recruiter at Tellus Solutions, Inc. since 2017, where they have been involved in full cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, and interviewing, screening and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in contract, contract with hire and permanent positions. Christopher also has expertise in utilizing ATS systems including Job Diva as well as other recruiting tools like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster and Carrier Builder.

Christopher Raja obtained a Masters of Technology (Integrated M.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli in 2015, having studied there from 2009.
