Eric Varela has extensive experience in technical support and evaluation, currently serving as an Engineer in Evaluation and Technical Support at Telmex since March 2013. Prior to this role, Eric worked at Factor Integracion from July 2006 to September 2011 as an Engineer in Technical Support and Implementation, specializing in the implementation and technical support of Contact Center technologies such as Genesys, Cisco, and Altitude. Eric holds a Licentiate degree in Computer Engineering, Networks, and Distributed Systems from Universidad Autónoma de Tlaxcala, which was completed between 1999 and 2004.
