Mateusz is currently working at Telness Tech as a Senior Sales Manager, where they focus on launching customer-centric solutions and maximizing customer happiness through automation. Their responsibilities included coaching, result management, and personnel management, leading a team of up to 60 sales representatives involved in selling TV subscriptions, lottery tickets, health products, and telecommunications services.
