Eric Bernhold

Eric Bernhold has worked in a number of roles since 2011. Eric started as Principal, Customer Success at Mattersight Corporation, where they were responsible for a $XX,000,000 managed book of business. In 2017, they moved to Telnyx, where they held the roles of Senior Director of Growth, Director of Revenue Operations, Head of Sales Development, and Head of Customer Success. In 2021, they joined A Better Chicago as an Impact Council Member and in 2022 they became a Member of Partnership Leaders.

Eric Bernhold obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business between 2007 and 2011. In November 2020, they earned a Revenue Operations Certification from Sales Assembly.
