Mark Morse has been working in the customer success field since 2015. Mark began their career as a Customer Success Manager at G2 Crowd, where they worked for two years. In 2017, they joined Telnyx as a Manager, Customer Success and was later promoted to Director, Customer Success. At Telnyx, they were responsible for providing access to carrier-grade voice services over the internet and enabling a communication fabric for developers and platforms to integrate rich communication into their applications.
Mark Morse attended Illinois State University from 2010 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications.
