Natalie Grim

Natalie Grim has a diverse work experience. In 2015, they worked as a Lifeguard for the Fairfax County Park Authority. In 2016, they worked as a Pool Manager for Guardian Aquatics. From 2017 to 2019, they held various roles such as a Swim Instructor and Front Desk Associate for KIDS FIRST Swim Schools & Franchise Company, an Undergraduate Research Assistant for the Department of Psychology at Christopher Newport University, a Human Resources Generalist/Technical Recruiter for Cyber Security Professionals, and a Qualified Behavioral Technician for the Victoria Transcultural Clinical Center. In 2021, they began working for Telophase Corporation, where they were promoted from Recruiter to Business Development Analyst after six months. In this role, they identified key contract opportunities, provided the CEO with information on potential teaming partners, and managed the capture efforts from opportunity identification to proposal submission. Natalie is currently working at Lynker as a Business Development Analyst, providing comprehensive business development support and client-focused Customer Relationship Management approaches.

Natalie Grim graduated from Christopher Newport University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Natalie also obtained a certification from the American Red Cross in 2015 for CPR/AED/First Aid/Lifeguarding.
