A strategic thinker and effective collaborator across all layers of an organization, Young's ability to identify hidden solutions and work effectively with multi-functional areas comes from her diverse background. During her 25-year career, she has evolved into a proven leader in technology, business management, and strategy, successfully advising senior executives of Health Care and Financial Services companies on their business strategies.

Previously, she headed the Consulting unit of Argus Information and Advisory Services, providing major credit card issuers worldwide with analytics and portfolio management strategies. This followed executive positions at MBNA America Corporate Strategy and Internet and Database Marketing. In both roles, she delivered a wide range of data driven decision-making support. Young was recruited from the University of Delaware to solve $2MM/month statement insert problem at MBNA while pursuing her doctorate in Operations research. Previously she taught Business Statistics at University of Delaware after working as a chemist and a technical consultant at Hoechst Korea’s semiconductor chemicals unit.

Young obtained her BS in Chemistry (Ewha University, Seoul, Korea), an ME in Industrial Management (Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea), an MS in Statistics (University of Delaware), and was a Ph.D. candidate in Operations Research (University of Delaware). She lives in New York City, where she actively participates in human rights and mentorship.
