Harry Pepper is a seasoned consultant currently serving as a Senior Consultant at the Telos Institute since April 2017, where responsibilities include designing, developing, and delivering coaching and consulting engagements in leadership development, strategic planning, and change management. Additionally, Harry has been a Senior Associate at Common Ground - The Cindy Nord Center for Renewal since 2004. Harry earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology from Kent State University, where studies spanned from 1989 to 1996, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame, completed in 1989.
