William Loewen

Bill Loewen has been the President of Telpay Incorporated and Telpay. William (Bill) started their role as President of Telpay in 1985, and their current tenure at both companies is ongoing.

William (Bill) Loewen graduated from the University of Manitoba with a degree in Chartered Accountancy in 1954.
