Graeme Smith

Graeme Smith is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as a Board Director at TelstraSuper since December 2020. Prior to this role, Graeme spent over two decades at Telstra, where positions included Head of Mergers and Acquisitions, Co-Head of Mergers & Acquisitions, Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, General Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions, Group Manager of Commercial Analysis, and Manager of Commercial Analysis. Earlier experience includes a tenure at KPMG, where Graeme held roles such as Senior Manager and Manager in Forensic Accounting.
