Alistair Grieve

Alistair Grieve is an experienced professional currently serving as the Quality and Risk Manager and Lean Coach at Telstra since February 2019. Previous roles include Principal Consultant at Data Process/AstraZeneca and Shelde, where expertise in Lean IT, process excellence, and strategic consulting was applied. Alistair held various positions at Vodafone, including IT Strategy and Governance Manager, and was responsible for Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
