Andrew De Celis currently serves as Legal Executive for Product & Propositions at Telstra, having held various senior legal positions including General Counsel for Finance, Technology, Innovation & Strategy and Supervising Counsel for Finance & Strategy since February 2014. In these roles, Andrew oversees legal counsel related to mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, corporate development, treasury, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Telstra, Andrew worked at Gilbert + Tobin for over a decade, providing legal advice on numerous M&A deals and deal structures with experience in competitive and non-competitive sale processes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Western Sydney.
