Arafat Shaik is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in microservices and software development. Currently serving as Chapter Lead for Microservices at Telstra since March 2018, Arafat leads a team to deliver microservice-based solutions for Metlife, enhancing architecture to streamline interfaces from various systems. Prior to this role, Arafat spent nearly nine years at IBM, working primarily with Bank of America on significant projects, including online banking and homepage migrations. Arafat's earlier experience includes positions at Capgemini and Innowe Software Solutions, focusing on software development and project implementation. Arafat holds a B-Tech in Computer Science Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
