Brian Miller

Brian Miller has extensive experience in telecommunications and regulatory policy, currently serving as Chair of the Board and Board Member at the Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association Ltd since August 2020. At Telstra, roles have included Product Owner Regulatory Policy and General Manager Regulatory Operations, with tenure dating back to February 2011. Prior to this, Brian held various management positions at the Ministry of Economic Development of New Zealand and New Zealand Post, where roles involved radio spectrum policy and planning. Additional experience includes engineering positions at Synet Communications Ltd, Telecom Wellington Ltd, and the New Zealand Post Office, building a solid foundation in telecommunications engineering. Brian holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Auckland.
