Cathy Green has over 40 years of experience in customer service and management within Telstra, progressing through various roles since starting in July 1980. Currently serving as the Customer Service Centre Manager, Cathy leads 10 teams focused on delivering exceptional service to Enterprise and Government customers nationally. Prior roles include Business Performance Manager and Customer Service Delivery Manager, where Cathy managed a service center with 120 consultants. Additionally, Cathy has experience as a Customer Service Executive, managing relations with the WA State government, and contributed to the establishment of the Service Delivery team framework as a Team Manager. Throughout her career, Cathy has prioritized enhancing customer experiences and spearheading change and process improvements. Education was completed at Servite College.
