Chandra Reddy has extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership, beginning with a role as a Member of Technical Staff at C-DAC in 2004. Following this, Chandra worked as a Software Engineer at HP from April 2005 to July 2008, and subsequently served as a Senior Software Engineer at Juniper Networks from July 2008 to August 2015. Chandra transitioned to Mavenir, where multiple roles were held, including Technical Architect and Associate Director Engineering, from August 2015 to June 2017. Since November 2025, Chandra has been a Senior Solution Architect at Telstra, leading the architecture of end-to-end solutions in 5G and 4G Core domains. Additionally, Chandra briefly held the position of Principal Engineer at Tejas Networks, focusing on the development of 5G Core components. Chandra holds a Master of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Master's degree from the University of Hyderabad.
