Charlyn Tan

Charlyn Tan is currently the COE Economics & Automation Senior Chapter Lead at Telstra, where they focus on cloud tooling and employee experience while leading initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to their current role, Charlyn held various positions at Telstra, including Senior Chapter Lead and Senior Domain Architect, and gained experience as a Project Manager at IBM and a Service Management Analyst at DHL. Charlyn's career began at Superpartners as a BAC Administrator and is built on a strong foundation of advocacy for learning and development within organizations. They are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computing with a major in Information Systems at Deakin University.
