Chris Bauer is currently a Strategy Principal at Telstra, a position held since 2021. Previously, Chris held various roles at Telstra from 2012 to 2013, including Senior Strategy & Business Planning Manager, where they defined the growth strategy for Telstra's InfraCo Fibre portfolio. Chris also served as Service Delivery Head, overseeing a significant business transformation for Fibre services, and as General Manager of Business Operations, leading a team to design and execute enterprise services strategy. Prior to these roles, Chris worked as a Graduate Enterprise Architect at the Department of Public Works from 2011 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Corporate Systems Management from Queensland University of Technology from 2007 to 2010.
