David Gaudiosi

David Gaudiosi is a seasoned professional in property management and leasing, currently serving as a National Leasing Specialist at Telstra since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles at the NSW Telco Authority as Associate Director of Property Management, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a portfolio of approximately 800 leases and licences as well as managing facilities for the Public Safety Network. David has a strong background in financial management and real estate, evidenced by achievements such as implementing the SAP Real Estate module and developing legal frameworks for lease negotiations. Previous positions at Perpetual Limited and The Trust Company Limited involved managing significant portfolios of trusts and assets across various sectors. David holds a Graduate Diploma of Property from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Business and Commerce from the University of Western Sydney.
