David Smith

David Smith has extensive experience in project management, primarily with Telstra since October 1997, where roles have included Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Implementor, Project Officer, and Performance Support Officer, focusing on large-scale projects for Government and Enterprise customers. Prior to Telstra, David worked as a District Officer in child protection services at Community Services from July 1990 to August 1997. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma in Social Sciences from the University of New England, obtained between 1986 and 1990, as well as completion of Year 12 at Toowoomba State High School in 1985.
