Dennis Llaneza

Dennis Llaneza is a Senior Lead in Networks and IT Problem Management at Telstra, where they enable the effective implementation of problem management processes. Previously, Dennis held various roles at Nortel, including Technical Introduction and Verification Engineer, before transitioning to Telstra in 2012. At Telstra, they have also served as Network Manager for PSTN National Support and Converged IP Calling Operations, managing teams that focused on incident resolution and problem management. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Philippines, along with a Diploma in Telecommunications Network Engineering and a Certificate IV in Frontline Management.
