Dom Pearce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and compliance, currently serving as the Senior Risk & Compliance Manager at Telstra since 2009. In this role, Dom effectively communicates insights to stakeholders while ensuring that project delivery aligns with legal and regulatory obligations, supports commercial goals, and prioritizes customer needs. Prior to Telstra, Dom held various positions at BT and BSkyB, including Research and Insights Manager, Device Lead, and Senior Product Manager. Dom's academic background includes a double degree in Arts and Business from Monash University.
