Ernan O'Neill

Ernan O'Neill is currently a Delivery Lead for the Telstra On Premise Assurance team, where they manage various client expectations and oversee a range of tasks with a focus on quality assurance across multiple sites. Previously, they served as a Program Manager at Aurecon, coordinating design resources and documentation while managing a drafting team. Ernan's earlier experience includes roles as a CAD Manager and Fire Protection Designer at Aurecon, where they were responsible for designing fire protection systems and supporting a team of drafters. Their career began as a CAD Designer at Pointer Control Systems, where they updated layout drawings and produced real-time graphics for building management systems. Ernan holds degrees in Milling and Turning, Drafting from FAS Dundalk, and Engineering from Dundalk Institute of Technology.
