Gemma Traeger

Gemma Traeger is a National Commercial Access Manager specializing in Property Strategy and Experience, currently leading the Commercial Access Management team at Telstra. They graduated with a BA (Hons) in Performing Arts from Cumbria Institute of the Arts in 2007 and have since accumulated 15 years of leadership experience across various sectors, including telecommunications, leisure, and hospitality. Gemma's role involves managing identity profiles, credentials, and building access systems, as well as leading a national security upgrade project. With a diverse career that ranges from being a model and singer to managing guest services, Gemma focuses on fostering high-performing and fulfilled teams.
