Gian Balmer

Gian Balmer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of cyber security and customer success. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success and Enablement for Managed Cyber Security at Telstra, Gian has held significant roles including Senior Technical Project Manager and Project Manager in Cyber Security Delivery, focusing on project management and technical solutions. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Account Manager at Systemware-Pacific Pty Ltd and several leadership roles in the Australian Army, specifically as a Communications Detachment Commander and Specialist Communications Operator (Training). Gian is a graduate of Glen Waverley Secondary College, having completed studies between 2002 and 2007.
