Greg Tack is the Head of Operations & Commercial for Voice & Messaging at Telstra, Australia's leading telecommunications company, where they have been since 2008. In this role, they manage teams across London, Hong Kong, and Australia, focusing on voice routing, pricing, quality and risk management, and business strategy. Prior to Telstra, Greg served as Manager of Mobile Routing at Verizon, where they led the development and launch of multiple mobile voice products. Greg holds an Engineer's Degree (B.Sc Hons) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and graduated from Kearsney College in 1988.
