James Oram

James Oram is an experienced professional in cyber security and forensic technology, currently serving as SOC Manager at Telstra since May 2017, with prior roles including Security Engineering Manager and Cyber Security Capabilities Engineer. Before joining Telstra, James held the position of Manager - Forensic Technology at KordaMentha and worked as a Computer Forensic Examiner with the NSW Police Force. An educational background includes a Master of Cyber Security from UNSW, a Computer Forensics Examiner certification from the Canadian Police College, and a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Computing from the University of South Australia, among other qualifications in computer science and policing.
