Keith Mearns

Keith Mearns is a seasoned professional in the field of mergers and acquisitions, with over 15 years of international and domestic experience in telecommunications, technology, and infrastructure. Previously, Keith held significant roles at various organizations, including Manager at Thiess, Manager of Project Finance at Ernst & Young, and Head of Corporate Restructure at Telstra International. Most recently, Keith served as General Manager of M&A at Telstra International, where they successfully delivered strategy-led M&A transactions. Keith is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at Deakin University.
