Kenny Hung is an experienced leader in Service Management and Customer Success, currently working with Telstra International. With a solid background in the ICT and technology industries, Kenny has demonstrated skills in Service Business, Project Management, Service Operations, and Contract Management. Prior to joining Telstra, Kenny held roles at Ericsson and Comptel, focusing on Project Management and Service Delivery in the Asia Pacific region. Kenny is also pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Queen’s University.
