Laura Riley has extensive experience in service delivery and program management, currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery and Head of Program Management at Telstra since October 2014. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of Design Manager at Telstra. Laura's career began at Fulton Hogan as a Site Engineer from January 2006 to March 2007, followed by a role as Project Manager and Civil Engineer at Aurecon from March 2007 to October 2014. Laura holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Victoria University, completed between 2002 and 2006.
