Lawrence Mak

Lawrence Mak is a Senior Business Analyst at Telstra, with a focus on data-driven analysis, supplier commercials, and operational management programs since September 2017. In addition to analytical responsibilities, Lawrence serves as a Scrum Master, leading Access planning and category cadence management while driving continuous process improvements. Prior experience includes participating in Telstra International's graduate program and internships at Grays eCommerce Group and Woolworths Limited, where Lawrence gained skills in HR IT and workforce planning. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Human Resources Management and Business Law from UNSW and has a background in youth engagement as a Child Supervisor and Private Tutor.
